Ethics Compliance Officer – Synthetic Technologies Full Time

About the Role:
The Ethics Compliance Officer ensures that Wallace Corporation’s synthetic technologies, including Nexus models, align with ethical standards, regulatory guidelines, and societal expectations. This critical role involves assessing the ethical implications of our advancements and working with stakeholders to maintain trust and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ethical reviews of Nexus development processes and deployments.
• Develop policies and guidelines for responsible use of synthetic humanoid technologies.
• Monitor compliance with interplanetary laws and corporate standards.
• Investigate and resolve ethical concerns raised by internal teams or external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure compliance at every level.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Ethics, Law, or Technology Policy.
• Experience in corporate compliance, particularly in AI or technology industries.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
