Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead our financial operations and drive strategic financial decision-making. This role will oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance while optimizing cost controls specific to manufacturing and energy-efficient technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial manufacturing, cost accounting, and financial leadership, with experience in ERP systems and multi-site financial management.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
– Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
– Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations.
– Lead annual audits and collaborate with external auditors.
– Maintain financial transparency and regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
Accounting & Internal Controls:
– Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
– Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
– Implement best practices in financial policies and procedures.
– Prepare bi-annual balance sheet reviews.
– Drive ERP implementation, configuration and maintenance
